Mix together all dry ingredients (flour, coconut sugar, cacao, baking powder) in a large bowl. Add the flax eggs, almond milk, vanilla, and boiling water. Mix until a smooth batter forms.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool completely. Decorate by drizzling or spreading melted vegan chocolate over the top.
