Toad in the Hole
Preheat oven to 400°F/fan 350°F/gas 6. Brown the sausages in a non-stick pan.
Step 2
Drizzle the oil into a 30×25×6cm deep roasting tray and heat in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Put the flour in a bowl, crack in the eggs and stir in the grated horseradish. Gradually beat in the milk until smooth. Season.
Step 4
Put the browned sausages into the hot tray and pour over the batter. Top with the cherry tomatoes and bake for 30 minutes until puffed and golden.
