Step 2

When the dough cycle is nearly complete, preheat oven to 475F / 245C with baking sheets or a baking stone inside to heat.

Step 3

Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Divide into 8 equal pieces and form into rounds. Cover with a damp cloth and let rest briefly.

Step 4

Roll each piece into a thin flat circle about 8 inches in diameter. Cook 2 at a time on the preheated baking sheets or stone until puffed and golden, about 5 minutes. Repeat for all remaining rounds.
