Step 2

In a bowl, mix the ground cashews and 3 1/2oz powdered sugar together. Add the egg yolks and orange blossom water and mix to a smooth paste.

Step 3

Take small lumps of the paste and roll into balls. Roll each ball in extra powdered sugar and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 4

Press a whole almond into the center of each ball.

Step 5

Bake until the cookies are lightly golden, about 20 minutes.
