Apricot & Turkish Delight Mess

Ingredients

• 3 1/2 ozmascarpone
• 1 3/4 ozgreek yogurt
• 1 ozpowdered sugar, icing sugar
• 2 tbsporange blossom water
• 1meringue nests, crumbled
• 3apricots, fresh; halved or sliced
• 2 pieceturkish delight, chopped
• 1 ozalmonds, toasted
• 4 leafmint, for garnish

Method

   Place the mascarpone, yogurt, powdered sugar and orange blossom water in a large bowl and whisk until thickened.

   Fold in the crumbled meringue, apricots, Turkish delight and almonds. Divide between 2 dessert glasses or bowls.

   Decorate with extra mint leaves and serve.
